Doctor/Physician
Healthcare Consultant, Medical Doctor
After 37 years in downtown Seattle, I'm planning my transition. I'm looking for one Washington-licensed chiropractor to join Graham Chiropractic Center as an associate and take over the practice within [2] years.
The terms are defined up front: a pre-agreed purchase price below market value, seller financing available, and my personal support in transferring patients and referral relationships.
The practice
A 37-year patient base and referral network
An established general, L&I and motor vehicle/PI caseload
Experienced support staff and Chiro Touch EHR
Established and profitable. Financials are shared with qualified candidates under NDA.
Compensation
$85,000–$100,000 base, depending on experience
30% production bonus above a monthly threshold
Health insurance, Malpractice, CE Stipend, WSCA dues
A written ownership agreement
Ideal candidate: a WA-licensed DC, whether an associate ready for the next step or a doctor who wants ownership without startup risk. You should be comfortable with L&I and PI documentation, or eager to master it, and committed to Seattle for the long term.
Doctor of Chiropractic from a CCE-accredited program
Active Washington chiropractic license, or eligible by your start date
Strong, confident adjusting skills across diversified technique, with sound clinical judgment on when and how to adjust
Thorough, defensible documentation. You'll be trained in L&I and PI standards.
Malpractice-insurable, with a clean license history
You want to own, not just work. You're drawn to building something and willing to learn the business side: patients, staff, billing and growth.
You earn trust. Long-term patients will be deciding whether you're their new doctor, so you connect easily and follow through. Patients deserve Greatness!
You're committed to Seattle. You're planning a long-term career here.
