Position Summary

"As a Culinary Chef Instructor, you will be responsible for training students in menu and recipe development with food costing and sustainability.

Advanced proteins including shellfish, seafood, and specialty meat cuts. Introduction to molecular gastronomy, preserving techniques, and food presentation. Advanced sauce making. Cost management. Advanced cheese making."
Being a key member of the team that Culinary Arts Program to further the education of students. In this role, you will work closely with instructors, students, and the Dean.

This position is governed by a collective bargaining agreement with representation by AFT-Seattle.

The salary range for part time faculty is $7,110.33 - $10,649.33 (P1: A1- E7). Credits for this course may vary, and the pay range will be adjusted accordingly
