We are looking for caring, energetic educators who love working with young children and desire to support their academic, social‑emotional, and spiritual growth in a faith‑filled environment. Our preschool program serves 3‑ and 4‑year‑old students, who are sometimes coming to school for the first time.

• Planning and leading developmentally appropriate, play‑based preschool instruction
• Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
• Differentiating instruction to support a range of learners and developmental needs
• Establishing consistent routines and positive classroom culture
• Communicating effectively and warmly with parents and guardians
• Collaborating closely with instructional staff and administration
• Supporting the Catholic mission of the school through age‑appropriate faith formation

• Experience in Early Childhood Education (Preschool or Pre‑K)
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs (special education background a plus)
• Familiarity with Washington State early learning standards (preferred)
• Practicing Catholic preferred; respect for and alignment with Catholic education required
• Willingness to grow with a developing preschool program and contribute long‑term

Hourly Rate: $17.50 – $21.00, based on experience, internal equity, and role responsibilities
