Holy Rosary School, Seattle, is seeking an elementary Instructional Assistant for the remainder of the 25-26 school year. A successful candidate will have experience working with school‑age children, preferably in a school setting, and preferably be a practicing Catholic. The candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, be a problem solver, and be adaptable to different teaching styles and student learning styles.

The instructional assistant will assist in classrooms supervising students, leading small groups, assisting the teachers with projects as assigned, and providing recess supervision.

The instructional assistant’s work schedule follows the school calendar, approximately 5-6 hours/day, with an additional hour/day available if desired, helping with traffic duty before/after school.

Salary Range: $20.76 - $24 per hour. Benefit eligibility depends on whether traffic duty is added on to the position. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, degrees, and certifications.
