Camp Sealth is seeking Program Directors to oversee the pre-season preparation and summer daily operations of our overnight and day camps, supporting the Camp Director and Assistant Camp Director in delivering a high-quality camper experience.
This hands-on role creates programming and trainings, sets up camp spaces, and coordinates summer staff while maintaining safety standards and keeping the camp magic alive; it also supports Outdoor Education and Event programming in spring and fall.
