Educate and mentor esthiology students in both classroom and clinic settings

Demonstrate services, techniques, and Aveda protocols

Coach students on professionalism, guest experience, and career readiness

Support student progress and confidence

Collaborate with a supportive educator team

Help create an upbeat, structured, and inspiring learning environment

Youll work with multiple students at once, so strong organization, energy, and positivity are key.

Licensed Educator (required)

25 years experience in a spa or clinical setting

Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing others

Strong communication and presentation skills

Positive, team-oriented mindset

Organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Aveda experience or product knowledge is a plus (not required)
