* Instructional Practices
** Consistently apply best practices aligned with the Impact instructional model, tailoring teaching methods to the unique nature of enrichment subjects. Infuse creativity and innovation into lessons, engaging students in meaningful exploration and discovery.  
* Planning and Preparation
** Implement engaging lesson plans provided by IPS’ Academics team, adapting them to the dynamic nature of movement, art, and recess activities while anticipating  student responses, proactively addressing potential challenges, and plan targeted questions to facilitate comprehensive and effective instruction.

* ** Preferred Qualifications
*** Experience working to close the opportunity gap
* Passion for equity and gap closing teaching experience with proven record of student growth
* Bachelor’s degree in education or related field or actively working towards completing a bachelor's degree  
** License/Certification
*** Must have or be eligible for certification by OSPI with an endorsement in Elementary Education (within 1-month of employment required)
* Must have or be eligible to obtain a food handler certification
