The CAD/Revit/BIM Facilities Designer will be responsible for the creation of construction documents and other design documents using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM systems. This role requires a highly skilled professional proficient in these tools, with a strong ability to produce detailed and accurate design documentation.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Create construction documents and other design documents using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM systems.
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure design alignment with project goals and objectives.
* Prepare and review design drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards.
* Utilize BIM systems to create detailed 3D models and coordinate multidisciplinary design elements.
* Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices.
* Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers on best practices and design principles.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and advancements to inform design practices and strategies.
* Contribute to the development of design standards, templates, and processes to enhance project efficiency and quality.

* Qualifications:

*** Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CAD, Revit, and BIM systems.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software.
* Strong understanding of construction document preparation and design documentation standards.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Experience with sustainable design principles and practices.
* Familiarity with advanced BIM and CAD technologies.
* Previous experience in facilities design or a related field.### Compensation Range for:

WA applicants is $33.39-$46.69
