  • Job Scope:

    The Global Manufacturing Sciences team plays a key role in supporting activities to qualify applicable changes for implementation to the manufacturing processes which occur at the cell therapy GMP manufacturing facility. The primary focus of this role will be processing apheresis to generate cellular products and intermediates in support of Global Manufacturing Sciences groups within the Cell Therapy Technical Operations organization.

    Laboratory work will occur following sound laboratory practices in a non-GMP setting. The position will require experimental execution, documentation, data analysis, drafting of technical reports, and presentation of results. Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment is required. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required. Experience culturing mammalian cells is strongly preferred.

    Associate Degree in Biology, Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering or relevant scientific discipline with 0-2 years of industry bioprocess experience.

  • Buffer and cell culture media preparation
  • Excellent record keeping and documentation skills
  • Proficient use of MS Office products
  • Ability to meet deadlines, adapt to rapid changes, and work in a fast-paced team environment
