Responsibilities

As a Project Manager in our growing Seattle office, you'll take ownership of a wide variety of building projects—ranging from data center, commercial, and industrial through to healthcare and multi-family.

You Will

  • Deliver exceptional client service
  • Develop and grow new and existing client relationships in Seattle, PNW, and West Coast Markets.
  • Collaborate with other leaders to develop an action a growth plan for St ructural Engineering practice in Seattle and greater PNW
  • Lead, develop, recruit, and mentor junior and mid-level staff.
  • Act as Structural EoR , Structural Discipline Lead, or Proje ct Manager on projects
  • Lead structural design and analysis for new and existing buildings, including rehab, repairs, and site structures
  • Collaborate with owners, architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored engineering solutions
  • M anag e timelines, budgets, and client relationships
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, codes, and standards—and integrate them into every design
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, including preparing project reports and presentations
Qualifications

  • Licensed Structural Engineer (SE) in Washington with ability to get licensure in California and Oregon preferred.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s (preferred) in Civil / Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
  • Proficiency in industry standard structural analysis and documentation tools ( CSi Suite, REVIT, Rh ino, Bluebeam, etc )
  • Strong command of building codes, structural systems, and engineering best practices
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Detail-oriented, creative problem solver, and client-focused mindset
  • Experience in Performance Based Design or Computational Design is a bonus.
Salary Detail

  • $150k-$220k
  • Eligible for Performance Based Bonus Compensation
