Anchor QEA is seeking a full-time, senior-level CAD Designer based in our various offices. Join our national CAD Team supporting a wide range of civil, environmental, and structural engineering projects. We are looking for a candidate who can grow quickly, is detail-oriented, a committed team player, and possesses strong written and verbal communication skills. We look forward to collaborating with you on projects as we solve some of the most challenging problems together in the industry.

• Working directly with engineers, scientists, planners, and landscape architects to perform CAD design and develop deliverables for projects
• Preparing construction plan drawings and report figures
• Performing civil design including detailed grading, earthwork volumes, and pipeline layouts
• Supporting mentoring and training of other team members and new staff
• Monitoring quality control on assigned tasks and participating in client-needs analyses
• Independently carrying out complex or novel assignments that require the development of new or improved techniques and procedures

• 10+ years of relevant work experience with Autodesk Civil 3D
• Proficiency managing redline edits with Bluebeam and/or Acrobat
• Understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience in environmental, engineering, or natural resources consulting
• Experience with Micro Station and ArcGIS a plus

• Salary Range: $88,276 – $98,200
• Annual Bonus
