Controls Design Engineer POSITION
- Controls Design Engineer
- Seattle, WA
- Prior Experience as a Controls Design Engineer or similar position.
- Develop, design, and create blueprints for each BAS layout project.
- Experience working with AutoCAD or MS Visio.
- Create Sequence of Operations for each project.
- Lead and develop detailed automation designs and prepare them for submittals.
- Visit customer sites and perform job walks.
- Ensure controls designs for the project are delivered on time and efficiently.
- Help and support lead engineers.
- Knowledge and Understanding of BAS Operations.
- Founded in over 50 years ago.
- Clients include:
Commercial, Hospitality, Hospitals, Education, Colleges, Government, Industrial, Construction. - Service, design-build/new construction, Retrofit.
- Work/Services:
- HVAC Service and Maintenance, Smart Maintenance, Electrical Services, Plumbing Services, Building Automation/Controls, TAB and Commissioning, Energy Savings, Boilers/Chillers, Equipment repair, tenet improvement and retrofits.
