• Experienced in diagnosing, servicing, and maintaining modern BAS systems
• Strong controls programming ability, including developing new logic or revising sequences
• Proficient with commissioning procedures and point‑to‑point verification
• Hands‑on familiarity with Siemens, Honeywell, or Tridium systems preferred
• Clear, confident communicator with customers and internal teams
• Working knowledge of basic electrical systems
• Team‑focused, collaborative mindset

• Develop, program, and optimize BAS software for projects and service clients
• Support installation crews with equipment startup and system terminations
• Perform field diagnostics and troubleshooting on both new and legacy controls platforms
• Commission systems and complete point‑to‑point functional testing
• Provide technical expertise to ensure high‑quality project outcomes and customer satisfaction
