We’re looking for a seasoned geotechnical engineer to join our dedicated team in Seattle, Washington.

Seattle, Washington

• Plan, execute, and lead challenging site characterization programs.
• Complete geotechnical engineering analyses for site development, buildings, bridges, landslides, and roads.
• Manage, mentor, and train field staff to ensure quality data collection, technical growth, and adherence to safety and project standards.
• Collaborate closely with civil, structural, and environmental teams to develop integrated, multidisciplinary solutions for clients.
• Develop a professional presence in the regional community through participation in professional organizations, client interaction, and client development.

• B.S. in Geotechnical Engineering or Civil Engineering with a geotechnical emphasis.
• M.S. in Geotechnical Engineering or Civil Engineering with a geotechnical emphasis (preferred).
• 6+ years of professional geotechnical engineering experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with the ability to obtain Washington licensure within 12 months.
• Results‑oriented, flexible, and creative.
• Experience with soil and rock classification, field exploration procedures and methods, earthwork and pavement construction observation, nuclear density testing, and laboratory testing procedures.

Annual Expected Pay Range $100,000 – $125,000 USD
