Holland America Line (HALL) is a global cruise line offering world‑renowned vacations  are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage fleet technical hotel projects across the HAL, SBN, and PCL brands.

• Plan and execute multiple hotel refurbishment projects across the HAL, SBN, and PCL brands.
• Track project timelines, ensure goals and targets are met, and keep projects within approved financial plans.
• Maintain compliance with ADA, ship regulations, maritime legislation, flag and classification requirements.
• Collaborate with operations departments, shipboard senior management, and contractors for seamless integration.
• Manage financial aspects of projects, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and provide regular financial updates to senior management.
• Perform on‑site inspections at dry docks to verify work quality and ensure documentation is updated and archived.
• Lead vendor and shipboard team coordination, influence cross‑functional teams, and execute procurement plans with logistics and contractors.

• 5 years ship operations and project management experience.
• Experience in cruise ship, naval or offshore industry.
• Marine Engineer, Marine Electro‑technical, Marine Technology, Marine/Engineering or Electrical degree and/or Class 1 qualifications.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship‑building, communication, coordination and commercial cost‑analysis skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with computer business applications and project planning/management tools.
• Knowledge of current marine regulations, legislation, USPH standards.
• Marine equipment and systems technical knowledge and evaluation.
• PMP certification is a plus.
