Position Overview

• Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 (based on experience)

• Lead all phases of electrical engineering projects—from proposal development through construction completion.
• Manage budgeting, scheduling, planning, design, and specifications.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Apply advanced electrical engineering concepts to solve complex problems.
• Lead electrical design efforts for industrial and aerospace facilities.
• Perform complex engineering and economic calculations and modeling.
• Develop specifications (including Division
  1) and construction estimates.
• Peer review large‑scale electrical projects and produce detailed reports.
• Manage multiple long‑term projects involving senior engineers and subconsultants.
• Seal drawings and provide technical direction to design teams.
• Lead construction meetings, review submittals, and produce punch lists and meeting reports.
• Participate in client presentations and professional organizations.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• U.S. Citizenship required for clearance.
• Registered Professional Engineer License (preferred).
• 5–10 years of electrical design experience (7+ years preferred for industrial/aerospace).
• Demonstrated ability to lead electrical design projects.
• Strong project management skills.
