Saxon is seeking a Senior Electrical Systems Engineer to lead design, testing, and certification of aerospace electrical systems. This role involves developing system architectures, test plans, and certification artifacts while collaborating with engineering, supply chain, and regulatory teams.
Key Responsibilities- Design, modify, and review electrical system requirements and architectures.
- Create and review test plans, procedures, and reports for Component, System, and Flight testing.
- Develop and evaluate certification plans, QTP/QTRs, and safety documentation.
- Select components, interface with suppliers, and coordinate with certification authorities.
- Analyze flight test data and translate findings into actionable engineering tasks.
- Bachelor’s in Aerospace, Electrical, or related STEM field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of aerospace electrical systems and aircraft documentation.
- Experience with aerospace certification preferred.
- Up to 25% travel (domestic & international).
- Must meet physical requirements for engineering/testing work.
