We are seeking a Senior Controls Engineer with strong technical expertise in Allen‑Bradley PLC and HMI programming. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing control systems for complex automation projects.

• Design and develop control systems including:
  • PLC/HMI programming
  • Vision‑guided robotics
  • Motion control
  • CNC, DCS, SCADA, and safety systems
• Hardware design and documentation, including power distribution and component sizing
• Electrical panel quality control
• Work cell design and integration of mechanical components
• Programming robots and vision systems
• Manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets
• Serve as primary point of contact for project‑related customer interactions
• Ensure compliance with project methodology and standards
• Stay current on technology trends and contribute to innovation initiatives
