Job Summary
Webuild () is actively seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer / Project Manager to spearhead project engineering efforts encompassing all facets of planning and design for commercial, residential, and mixed‑use development projects across the greater Seattle marketplace.
ResponsibilitiesThe Civil Engineer / Project Manager will lead all civil design activities related to a diverse portfolio of land development projects, providing comprehensive technical design leadership, overseeing client relationships, and coordinating with city agencies and consultants to secure approvals. The role involves developing conceptual and final designs, estimating project costs, managing budgets, conducting scheduling, and ensuring projects complete within budgetary and timeline constraints.
Qualifications- Minimum of 8 years of hands‑on experience designing land development projects, including site design, underground utilities (streets, sewer systems, water infrastructure, storm drains), rough and final grading, and hydraulic calculations.
- Proficiency in developing conceptual and final designs, project cost estimates, budget management, scheduling, and client relationship management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Registered Professional Civil Engineer (PE) in the state of Washington.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and staff leadership skills.
