Professional Land Surveyor; PLS

Webuild () is actively seeking a skilled Land Surveyor / Project Surveyor to lead in‑office land surveying activities and independently oversee a diverse portfolio of land surveying projects throughout the Seattle, Washington marketplace.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in performing and directing survey design for a wide range of land development, grading, and construction staking projects. You must be adept at executing all in‑office surveying requirements and have the expertise to prepare crucial information for field crews working on commercial, mixed‑use, and residential development projects.

As the Land Surveyor / Project Surveyor, your responsibilities will encompass the meticulous preparation of various survey types, including boundary surveys, record plats, easements, construction stakeout sheets, as‑built surveys, ALTA surveys, and topographical surveys for a diverse portfolio of projects. You will be responsible for organizing and managing field crews, analyzing field data, drafting survey documents, and collaborating with engineering staff as needed to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Geomatics or a related discipline. You must also have registrations in the State of Washington as a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS). Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities are essential, and proficiency with Civil 3D is highly desirable.
