We’re looking for a Product Engineering Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of our end-to-end supply chain infrastructure. As a key player in our operations leadership team, you’ll bridge technology, logistics, and engineering to design scalable solutions across fulfillment, inventory, and last-mile delivery.

This is a strategic, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth e-commerce environments and can drive both execution and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of engineering solutions across warehousing, inventory flow, and last-mile logistics.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, tech, and operations teams to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

• Oversee multiple supply chain engineering projects — from layout redesigns to automation rollouts and new site launches.

• Analyze operational performance and use data-driven insights to improve throughput, reduce cost, and enhance customer SLAs.

• Build process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and engineering best practices.

• Manage and mentor a small team of engineers or analysts as the function scales.

• Ensure engineering solutions comply with safety, cost-efficiency, and regulatory standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6–10 years of experience in supply chain, industrial, or process engineering — with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial role.

• Strong exposure to e-commerce, logistics, or fast-moving consumer supply chains.

• Proven track record leading cross-functional projects involving tech, product, and operations.

• Deep understanding of fulfillment center design, inventory control, and last-mile dynamics.

• Proficient in data analysis (Excel, SQL, or Python), process mapping, and warehouse systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Nice to Have:

• Experience launching new distribution or fulfillment centers.

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), automation tech, or robotics.

• Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement background.
