A top mechanical and building automation contractor is looking for an experienced Controls Estimator to join their Seattle, WA team. This role focuses on developing detailed, accurate estimates for BAS/controls scopes on retrofit, service, and design-build projects. • Title: Controls Estimator
• Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
• Salary: $100,000 – $130,000
• Bonus: Discretionary

• Prepare precise, well-documented BAS and controls estimates across project types
• Work closely with internal teams and clients to define scope and deliver accurate proposals
• Assist sales and operations teams by providing reliable pricing, insights, and technical guidance
• Act as a subject matter resource during the preconstruction and estimating phase
• Lead bid preparation from initial review through final submission with organized planning

• Previous experience as a Controls Estimator or related role
• Strong understanding of HVAC controls, BAS systems, and estimating workflows
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer engagement skills

• 50+ years of industry leadership and 1,500+ employees nationwide
• Markets served include Commercial, Healthcare, Government, Retail, Higher Education, and Entertainment
• Project Types:
  Service, Retrofit, New Construction, and Design-Build
• Capabilities: HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Building Automation, TAB/Commissioning, and Energy Services

• Base Salary: Up to $130,000 + Discretionary Bonus
