Role:Senior Civil Engineering Leader – Seattle
As a senior leader in the Seattle headquarters, you’ll guide multidisciplinary teams, cultivate client relationships, and drive design innovation across site development, stormwater, and infrastructure projects that define modern urban life.
What You’ll Do- Lead key client relationships and growth initiatives
- Collaborate with top design firms on signature projects worldwide
- Drive creative, buildable site and water resource solutions
- Oversee quality and delivery of drawings, models, and specifications
- Mentor and develop the next generation of civil engineers
- 10+ years of civil engineering experience with a focus on public realm or urban infrastructure
- Proven record of collaboration with architects and landscape architects
- PE license (Civil 3D proficiency required; BIM familiarity a plus)
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills
- $175K+ base, plus bonus, profit sharing, and relocation assistance
