Position:
Controls Estimator

We’re seeking a Controls Estimator who combines technical expertise with strong business acumen to develop accurate estimates and drive project success. In this role, you’ll leverage trade means and methods, and proficiency in the estimating process, to deliver high‑quality proposals. Through effective communication, you’ll build strong relationships internally and with customers, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the estimating phase.

• Support sales and provide exceptional customer service.
• Develop and apply business knowledge of industry trends.
• Master the controls estimating process.

• Excel as a bid captain, leading bid efforts with confidence.

Your Background:
What Kind of Person Will Thrive in This Role?

• Ten years of commercial estimating or preconstruction experience.
• Proven critical thinking and problem‑solving using sound judgment.
• Experience in design/build and plan/spec delivery methods across diverse sectors.
• Advanced estimating strategies and techniques.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• Collaborative team player.
• Excellent communicator.
• Highly self‑motivated self‑starter.
