* Monday – Thursday (3 pm - 1:30 am)
** Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*** Work directly with a team operating and maintaining the environmental test equipment used for acceptance testing of flight hardware.
* Perform acceptance tests on flight hardware following written instructions.
* Conduct hands-on environmental stress screening (thermal, vibration, and pressure) on with company outlined procedures.
* Assist with installation, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of vibration tables, Thermal chambers, Pressure systems, DAQ equipment including PT’s, TC’s, Voltage, and current Mass flow meters.
* Coordinate with test engineers and engage with management on daily test activities.
* Clean and perform maintenance on machines, equipment, and work areas in accordance with 5S standards and maintenance program.
* Support several test projects simultaneously to meet operations schedules.
* Configure test setups, fixtures, and instrumentation per test plans and standards.
* Collaborate with Test Engineers to accurately detail work instructions ensuring clear concise instructions.
* Identify, communicate, and mitigate cost, schedule, and technical risks.

* Minimum Qualifications:

*** High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent organizational skills including work prioritization, scheduling, and providing succinct status reports.
* Ability to self-start, find clarity in ambiguous situations, earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.
* Knowledge/experience in manufacturing and test processes and procedures.
* Strong ability to comprehend technical work instructions.
* High attention to detail
* Strong safety approach and experience, including hands-on experience planning and conducting hazardous or critical operations.
* Experience with drawings, shop orders, and detailed work instructions.
* Experience with electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic test equipment.
* Experience with various types of gages, instruments and measuring devices.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience with software systems, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Physically able to climb ladders and stairs and lift and carry 50 lbs. for limited durations.

*** Associate or technical degree in a relevant field
* Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems, Non-conformance systems, Ticketed request systems and order scheduling systems
* Experience using and maintaining calibrated equipment.
* Experience with mechanical and pressure systems
* Ability to apply test instrumentation and control components such as pressure transducers, thermocouples, RTDs, strain gauges, accelerometers, flow meters, load cells, relays, and solenoid valves is preferred.
