Lindblad Expeditions seeks a Second Mate for one of our U.S.
-flagged vessels operating in global waters. This role centers on navigation, bridge watch, and safety-critical duties, with responsibilities including voyage planning, chart corrections, and crew training on an approximately 6 weeks on/6 weeks off schedule.
Daily 12-hour watches, Zodiacs, and safety drill participation are core parts of the job. Requires a USCG Mate license, STCW endorsements, and a strong guest-service mindset.
