Digital ASIC NPI Engineer

Protingent Staffing has an exciting Contract NPI Engineer opportunity located in Seattle, WA.

• Silicon Bring-Up and Validation
• Yield tuning and Process Optimization (DFM)(DFT)
• Test Automation Development and Hardware Troubleshooting
• Simulator Integration
• Lifecycle Milestone Management
• Collaborate with design, test, software, quality and supply chain teams to resolve technical roadblocks

• BS or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
• 3+ years related engineering experience in silicon bring-up, hardware validation or NPI test
• Engineering PCB Debugging experience using schematics, layout tools, rework tools
• Simulator knowledge:
  Familiarity with hardware/silicon simulators or emulators to bridge the gap between pre-silicon verification and post-silicon validation
• Experience with oscilloscope, logic analyzers, power meters and power sources
• Programing and automation experience in Python and C#
• Experience with NI Testand and LabVIEW is a plus
