As a Building Engineer 2, you'll play an essential role in keeping Sabey's commercial properties operating safely, efficiently, and reliably. From troubleshooting complex HVAC and mechanical systems to coordinating vendors and supporting property improvements, your work will directly impact the experience of tenants and the long‑term performance of the buildings.

• Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting commercial building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building automation/Direct Digital Controls (DDC), and fire/life‑safety equipment.
• Performing preventive maintenance, equipment inspections, and repairs to ensure buildings operate safely, reliably, and efficiently.
• Responding to tenant and internal service requests, diagnosing issues, and delivering timely, customer‑focused solutions.
• Coordinating contractors and service vendors, overseeing work quality, safety, scheduling, and project completion.
• Supporting building repair and improvement projects, including developing scopes of work, obtaining vendor pricing, and monitoring budgets and timelines.
