Founding ML Research Engineer

Some problems at Hussh are engineering. The hardest ones are research: how a personal agent reasons over a lifetime of private information, plans across tools, asks for consent at exactly the right moment, and proves it stayed inside the lines its owner drew. We are hiring a founding research engineer of rare depth — the kind of mind that reads a paper in the morning and has a working prototype by Friday.

Publications or open-source work that shows real research taste; depth in LLMs, agents, reasoning, or alignment-adjacent systems; and the engineer's instinct to measure everything. You will set the research agenda for Private Agent One with the founders. Seattle is our Pacific Northwest engineering hub. Founding role: equity, ownership, and a lab's worth of hard problems.
