• Lead mechanical engineering teams across building projects from early design through construction and occupancy
• Serve as lead engineer or engineer of record on key projects, owning technical direction and delivery
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resourcing to keep work on track
• Coordinate with internal teams and outside partners to support smooth project execution
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and support business development
• Represent the firm in meetings, presentations, and industry settings
• Mentor engineers and support their professional growth
• Contribute to company wide standards and help improve technical and quality practices

• At least 12 years of mechanical engineering experience, including leadership on complex projects
• A degree in mechanical engineering
• A professional credential such as a PE
• Strong experience leading teams and managing project delivery
• Confidence making technical decisions and taking responsibility for outcomes
• The ability to balance design quality, budgets, and long term performance
• Clear communication and a collaborative leadership style
