As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will support both pre-design and design phases on large projects across a diverse portfolio, including commercial and institutional buildings, healthcare facilities, higher education campuses, ports and harbors, and infrastructure work.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead electrical design projects
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Experience using AutoCAD and Revit required
• Working knowledge of ETAP and/or SKM for power systems studies preferred; we are happy to support ramp-up for a strong candidate who is less experienced with these specific tools
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Familiarity with sustainability and energy-efficient design practices, including Title 24 compliance and LEED, BIM coordination workflows, and mission-critical or backup power systems is a plus

• Experience mentoring emerging professionals and guiding them through technical challenges
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes, elevate team performance, and implement sustainable, high-impact solutions
