Customer Service Rep
What you'll be doing
As a pension benefit estimator, you will be assisting customers who are going through a significant change in their life—planning for retirement. Pension estimators help our customers understand their retirement benefits and prepare for the future.
- Receive fully paid training on the estimator role, responsibilities, and process.
- Assist our customers in person and on the phone in planning for their retirement.
- Determine customer eligibility and make sure benefits are accurate.
- Generate estimates, work histories and benefit statements.
- Provide timely follow‑up with customers to obtain missing or incomplete information.
Training begins on 9/6/25 in our Seattle, WA office.
Who you are- Organized. Able to juggle and prioritize workloads, have strong analytical skills.
- Communicator. Strong verbally and in writing including interpersonal skills.
- Service Minded. Passionate about customer service—delivering it like you expect to receive it.
- Detailed. Attentive to detail with excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Technically Savvy . Proficient with technology, intermediate level with Excel and Word.
- Bilingual. Fluent in Spanish (highly preferred).

Benefits- Union scale wages, raises every 6 months, starting at $22.85/hr up to $32.47/hr.
