Client: A large telecommunications company based in the Greater Seattle Area.
Location: Role is hybrid onsite in Bellevue, WA (preferably). Alternate locations:
Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY. Bellevue-based candidates must be in the office 3 days per week. Candidates in NY or LA will work out of our agency offices 1‑2 times per week, and will likely need to come to Bellevue about once a month.
Duration: 2/2/2026 to start, 9‑month contract with potential extension.

Schedule:
Monday‑Friday, 40 hours a week, no OT anticipated.
Hardware: TMO to provide.
Onboarding Requirement: Client requires a background check before starting.
Job Description: The Entertainment Marketing team is chartered with bringing the T‑Mobile brand story to life through partnerships, content, and live experiences at the national and local levels, including strategic development, creative ideation, planning, execution, and measurement of sponsor ships and tentpole events. The Sr. Entertainment Marketing Manager will handle day‑to‑day management and execution of brand‑focused entertainment programs that provide meaningful experiences and benefits to customers, including the planning, implementation, and measurement of the programs, as well as supporting other key entertainment partnerships as they arise.
This person will be responsible for driving sponsor ships and partnerships that support the overall entertainment strategy and T‑Mobile’s brand and business priorities, using sound business rationale, consumer insights, and other business information, with a focus on experiential marketing and ticketing programs. The individual should have their finger on the pulse of culture and be creative and collaborative in their work to help bring priority messages to life via must‑see cultural moments, strategic partnerships, and events.
They should also have a consistent record of working cross‑functionally to build and execute integrated marketing plans with teams like Media, Social, PR, and more to meet business goals, and demonstrate the ability to work effectively with internal and external partners.
- Lead and execute entertainment marketing programs across the full lifecycle from briefing through measurement to support brand and business growth
- Support entertainment partnerships and talent across all T‑Mobile lines of business, including evaluation of new opportunities as requested or briefed by business units
- Plan and execute additional entertainment marketing sponsor ships/activations as needed
- Day‑to‑day manage entertainment agencies
- Establish and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Assume other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
