You will bring joy and relief to families who do not have time to clean their homes. With a career in house cleaning you will delight customers with our simple system and earn a guaranteed minimum wage of $19.97 per hour with the ability to make up to $900.00 per week, paid weekly. If you have a valid driver’s license and can drive a company car, you can earn even more.

We provide a stable and consistent working schedule; cleaning supplies; training; appointments; housekeeper uniform; and a company car while you work so you do not have to put miles on your own vehicle. Advancement opportunities – we promote from within.

• Pay range: $19.97 to $21.50 an hour, dependent on experience, quality of work, and speed as a professional house cleaner.
• Earn paid time off up to 5 days per year.
• Earn one day of sick time off for every 8 weeks worked.
• Qualify for 401K after 1 year of employment.

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards.
• Follow our process and delight every customer.
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Make customers feel their home is cared for.
• If you are a team lead, manage the team’s schedule and drive safely.
• Maintain equipment and ensure the vehicle is loaded with appropriate housekeeping supplies.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm.
• Bilingual preferred; must be able to communicate with clients.
