Customer Service Rep

The Dispatcher works to direct day-to-day route operations in compliance with the procedures as defined by the client and Company. This position must also organize and conduct activities to ensure safe, cost-effective, on-time operating performance.
- We are pleased to offer a signing bonus of $750.00
. You will receive $250.00 after 30 days, $250.00 after 60 days, with the remaining $250.00 paid after 90 days.
- Communicates and interacts daily with drivers and clients
- Tracks client calls and communicates issues with drivers and manager(s) as appropriate
- Tracks and reports sign-in/sign-out times, assures routes are timely
- Monitors daily system performance, radio, telephones and on-road provision of service for quality
- Analyzes and reviews operating performance
- Assigns trips to drivers to assure adequate disbursement of trips between all assigned routes
- All other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of dispatcher experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience
- Experience with Trapeze software
The salary range for this position is $43,680 to $54,080 (+ overtime).

- Ability to see details of objects that are less than a few feet away
- Regular use of hands and arms to reach
- Ability to speak clearly so listeners can understand
- Ability to understand the speech of another person
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to lift, push and/or pull a minimum of 15 pounds
