We are looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Officer to support Invesco’s Registered Investment Advisers and Americas Compliance team. The role offers hands‑on experience across compliance activities and opportunity to work with global compliance groups.

Your Role
- Daily compliance reviews of trading activity; collaborate with portfolio management and trading teams to resolve exceptions.
- Set up and test compliance rules and restrictions; verify accuracy of client account setups.
- Interpret operating manuals, contracts, state statutes and client documents to derive actionable compliance requirements.
- Maintain compliance logs (employees, errors, complaints) and support regular reporting.
- Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining comprehensive compliance program controls, manuals, policies and procedures.
- Support technology and data projects to automate compliance processes and test systems.
- Stay current on regulatory changes and assess their impact on the business.
- Implement and support the department’s strategic direction in alignment with company strategy.
The Experience You Bring
- 2‑4 years financial services experience, with at least 1 year in compliance, audit or risk management in an investment advisor or mutual fund environment.
- Basic understanding of the regulatory environment for asset managers.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Experience developing and improving processes.
- Strong ability to read and interpret complex technical documents.
- Strong MS Office skills and quick learning of new systems.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel VBA or report building/data visualization tools is a plus.
- Strong desire to learn, take on new assignments and share knowledge.
- Process and detail oriented with risk identification and mitigation skills.
- Effective analytical, forward‑thinking, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, Perform, Eze or Service Now is a plus.
Salary range: $70,000 – $90,000 per year. Total compensation includes salary and incentive pay.
