Our private-equity-backed client is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to manage financial operations, strategic planning, and modeling for the organization. Ideal candidate is highly analytical with 8-15 years of finance experience in a combinations of small and mid-sized companies.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, KPI reporting, and decision support.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models that support revenue forecasting, expense planning, cost optimization, and scenario analysis.
- Build dynamic models that integrate operational KPIs, acquisition assumptions, and market inputs to support strategic decision-making.
- Support external stakeholders including auditors, private equity partners, and banks with required analyses and reporting.
- Lead ad-hoc strategic analyses including market sizing, cost-benefit evaluations, margin analysis, and efficiency studies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally within FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or private equity.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling (three-statement models, forecasting, M&A models, scenario and sensitivity analyses).
- Experience supporting or executing M&A transactions strongly preferred.
- Advanced Excel and financial analytics skills; experience with BI tools a plus.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, work cross-functionally, and communicate with executive-level stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, strong analytical mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
