Wealth Manager

We’re hiring a Wealth Manager on behalf of a confidential RIA client in Bellevue, WA. Our client is a planning‑first, fiduciary RIA serving high‑net‑worth families through deeply personalized financial, tax, and estate planning. This role sits on a highly collaborative advisory team and will play a key part in leading complex planning work, with a particular emphasis on clients who have experienced catastrophic injuries or long‑term disabilities (through a specialized DAS program).

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $/yr - $/yr

Additional Compensation Types: Annual Bonus, Commission, and Stock options

Uncapped incentives — 2nd & 6th quarter fees on self-sourced clients

Responsibilities
  • Lead holistic financial, tax, and estate planning for high-net-worth clients
  • Take on a strong inherited book + newly onboarded DAS clients
  • Support and ultimately lead relationships with clients facing catastrophic injuries or long-term disabilities
  • Partner with WMAs, CSAs, PMs, and operations to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Relationship-driven BD — long‑term, community‑oriented, never salesy
  • Mentor junior team members on planning, communication, and development
  • Build COI networks and niche referral channels, especially within DAS communities
  • Engage in firm‑supported events, marketing, and seminars
  • Grow your book through inherited clients + internal referrals + self‑sourced relationships (with higher payouts on self‑sourced business)
Who you are
  • Experienced Wealth Manager/Advisor serving HNW clients in a planning‑first fiduciary environment
  • Strong in comprehensive planning — retirement, cash‑flow, tax‑aware strategies, estate coordination, risk management
  • High emotional intelligence
    ; comfortable supporting clients through major life changes and disability‑related challenges
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a structured, well‑supported advisory model
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to build relationships and grow a book over time
  • Clear, confident communicator with clients, attorneys, trustees, and CPAs
