Sunset Grill Construction (SGC) is a fast-growing heavy‑civil and public‑works contractor in Seattle. We’re building a best‑in‑class finance platform and are hiring a high‑potential accounting graduate or early‑career professional who wants real responsibility, systems exposure, and a fast controller track.

This role is ideal for someone who might traditionally pursue Big 4, but wants impact, speed, and ownership instead of hierarchy and audit binders.

• Own AP, AR, payroll support, and bill coding workflows
• Support month‑end close, WIP, and job‑cost accounting
• Work directly in Sage Intacct, Procore, Ramp
• Improve accounting systems, controls, and automation
• Build reports, dashboards, and scalable processes
• Partner with leadership on financial operations as we scale

• Accounting / Finance / MIS degree (0–3 years experience or strong recent grad)
• Technically curious — enjoys systems, data, automation
• Detail‑oriented, fast‑moving, and ownership‑driven
• Wants responsibility now, not in 5–7 years

Bonus: ERP exposure, advanced Excel, SQL/Python interest, construction curiosity
