Job Description & How to Apply Below

OUR CLIENT is a $1.5 billion institution based in Seattle, with branches in Idaho, Oregon, and Utah. The bank operates as a single-line lender serving a customer base of closely held owner-operated businesses and real estate companies. While the bank’s in-house lending limit is $20 million, it has extended larger loans to support high-quality customers.

Their founders were business people who believed banks should offer financial solutions that enable success, not barriers that slow it down. That’s why their culture emphasizes problem-solving with a “yes” mindset. They act with a sense of urgency and speed that matches yours, and they stay with you every step of the way. The bank is entrepreneurial and nimble in seeking the highest risk-adjusted return on its capital.
