Focus Search LLC is recruiting for a Senior Manager FP&A for a global logistics company in Seattle, WA. This role will lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis and deliver strategic financial insights, oversee headcount and profitability analysis, manage full-cycle FP&A processes, and prepare executive-ready reports. The position requires strong technical expertise in Excel and financial systems.

• Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to deliver strategic financial insights.
• Oversee headcount and profitability analysis.

• Prepare executive-ready reports.
• Enhance financial models, improve management reporting, guide analysts, and advise senior leadership on key financial decisions.

• 8+ years of FP&A experience.
• MBA/CPA/CFA preferred.
