Senior Financial Analyst- AI, Sales and Marketing Finance

Amazon seeks an experienced Senior Financial Analyst specialized in AI to play a key role on the Amazon Devices Finance Team. Over the past decade Amazon has built market‑leading digital and mobile businesses including Kindle, Fire Tablets, Fire TV, and Echo. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial minded candidate who wants to work in a start‑up style environment, is passionate about hardware and digital experiences, and is interested in directly supporting new emerging products.

The successful candidate will be entrepreneurial by nature, analytical in approach, and have a demonstrated ability to drive financial automation through project management and AI to achieve business objectives. This role requires a self‑starter with keen attention to detail, the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and a track record of advising the business.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and implement revenue and cost models for business reviews
• Project manage financial deliverables aligned to business objectives
• Financial Planning & Analysis, near and long‑term forecasts
• Create and implement financial and operating performance metrics, identifying key call‑outs and drivers for senior management

Basic qualifications:

• 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)

Preferred qualifications:

• 4+ years of continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results
• MBA or CPA
• Knowledge of Tableau
• Experience with large‑scale data mining and reporting tools (SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)

Compensation ranges from $60,200 to $128,800 per year depending on geographic market. Pay varies based on market location and job‑related experience. Additional equity, sign‑on payments, and other benefits may be offered.
