AboutYour Role
Our Investor Services team is an exciting and rapidly growing team at Juniper Square responsible for high‑priority workflows for our Fund Administration and Deal Services customers. We are seeking an Associate II to act as a trusted partner to our real‑estate private equity customers and their investors.
- Build knowledge of our evolving software and the real‑estate private equity industry.
- Use Juniper Square software to support our fund administration and investor services customers.
- Perform workspace management tasks on behalf of clients, including investor position creation and workspace accuracy reviews.
- Support customers during fundraising by understanding goals and timelines, articulating the value of Juniper Square software and processes.
- Monitor customer health and provide feedback to internal teams.
- Balance customer requests with adherence to scope of work and SLAs.
- Manage treasury activities such as logging LP contributions and handling payments.
- Investigate payment breaks and chargebacks; coordinate with bank partners to resolve exceptions.
- Identify and flag improvement areas, including operational controls, to team leads and managers.
- 1+ years of experience in fund administration or related investor services roles.
- High level of integrity and a desire to consistently do the right thing for customers and the business.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self‑starter: identify problems and take ownership of finding and implementing solutions.
- Highly flexible and adaptable to change; able to handle multiple projects while attending to details.
- Capable of seeing opportunities in ambiguity; ideal for building something new and impactful.
Compensation for this position includes a base salary and a variety of benefits. U.S. base salary range: $65,000‑$80,000 USD. Canadian base salary range: $70,000‑$85,000 CAD. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate‑specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
