We’re a seed-stage company funded by Madrona Venture Group. We work with some of the world’s largest asset managers. We are a small team with deep expertise in finance and technology. Our team brings decades of financial industry experience and has previously built fintech companies acquired by Nasdaq and ADP.

As a Client Success and AI Implementation Specialist, you’ll work directly with some of the world’s leading Capital Al locators — including investment offices at Endowments, Foundations, Wealth Managers, Pensions, and Retirement Systems. You’ll be their partner in reimagining investment workflows, helping them adopt AI to transform how critical financial decisions are made.

This is a highly impactful, client-facing role where you’ll have a front-row seat to implementing AI at major financial institutions. You won’t just support clients — you’ll shape how they work, guide them through AI adoption, and ensure they get maximum value from our platform.

• Deeply understand client workflows and uncover opportunities where AI can drive efficiency and insight.
• Proactively monitor platform usage, identify gaps, and design solutions to improve client outcomes.
• Lead training sessions and workshops to help clients confidently integrate AI into their daily processes.
• Bring client insights back to our product team, directly influencing the roadmap and evolution of Finpilot.

• Background in financial, investment or market research and analysis.
• Proven ability to quickly learn and master new, complex concepts — ideally demonstrated by picking up a new financial or technical system and applying it effectively.
• Hands‑on experience working directly with clients or stakeholders, with a track record of going beyond standard support to design better processes or solutions.
• Strong communication skills: able to translate technical or financial concepts into simple, actionable steps for clients.
• Evidence of taking initiative in previous roles, especially in ambiguous or startup‑like environments where you had to create structure rather than follow it.
• Comfort working with data and workflows common in investment or research settings (Excel, financial data, research projects), with an eagerness to dive deeper into financial knowledge.
