Senior Tax Analyst (U.S. Federal and State Income Tax)
Report to the Director, Global Tax Reporting. The Senior Analyst will support end‑to‑end tax life cycle, focusing on U.S. federal and state income tax.

In This Role You Will U.S. Tax Compliance- Prepare taxable income calculations and forecasts
- Assist with the preparation of income tax returns and supporting work papers
- Prepare estimated tax payments
- Maintain audit‑ready work papers in accordance with the team’s documentation standards
- Support the U.S. GAAP interim and annual income tax provision
- Compute return‑to‑provision adjustments
- Prepare payable and deferred proof calculations
Prepare internal control documentation for SOX compliance
- Resolve federal and state notices
- Respond to income tax audit requests and assist with audit management
- Prepare tax forecasts and scenario modeling
- Research and analyze the tax effects of legislative changes
- Support transactions including mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, financing arrangements, and business initiatives
- Prepare calculations and memoranda documenting related tax effects
- Summarize the effective tax rate impacts and disclosure considerations
- Support the evolution of tax technology tools and technological enhancements
- Support ongoing process transformation
- Prepare and maintain process documentation
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Accounting or Tax
- CPA license preferred
- 3+ years of relevant experience with public accounting and/or industry experience
- Sufficient knowledge of U.S. federal and state income tax concepts
- Ability to work successfully in a high‑performing environment, with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Self‑starter with strong critical‑thinking skills, problem‑solving abilities, and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Corp Tax, Power BI, Altertyx, and/or Oracle Tax Reporting Cloud Service (“TRCS”) is a plus
- Willingness to learn new software or systems
The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $82,500.00 to $. Employees have the potential to increase their pay up to $ based on performance. Starting pay will vary based on location, budget, and experience.
