About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Tax Manager – Private Client Services on behalf of a highly respected public accounting firm based in Seattle, WA. This role is ideal for a seasoned CPA who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys strategic client engagement, and has deep experience in private client services, including trust, estate, and partnership taxation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and review tax returns for trusts, estates, partnerships, and corporate entities.
• Design and execute customized tax planning strategies for high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of tax professionals to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Build and manage client relationships, assess tax risk areas, and deliver high-level advisory services.
• Oversee project timelines, team assignments, engagement budgets, and billing processes.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of tax experience in a public accounting firm
• CPA license required
• Expertise in corporate, partnership, and trust tax compliance and planning
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines with precision
• Familiarity with Lacerte, Quick Books, BNA Tax Planner, and Case Ware is a plus
