Financial Consultant, Financial Analyst
Summary/Function: This position is an integral part of the firm’s commitment to Practice Management. As a Financial Services Representative, you help Financial Advisors increase revenue by managing lower-revenue clients, freeing advisors to focus on high-revenue clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or a related field
- 2+ years of industry experience working with private clients or Financial Advisors (preferred)
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Motivated, positive attitude; ability to work well with diverse personalities
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to analyze and process large amounts of client data from multiple sources
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word
- Strong interest in Practice Management and client service, with a desire to grow professionally within the firm
Duties:
- Assist Financial Advisors with the referral process for lower-revenue clients.
- Understand clients’ investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial situation.
- Select investment vehicles (within the approved FSR solutions) based on sound research and client objectives.
- Develop and maintain effective client relationships and keep informed of all client account activity.
- Achieve a solid understanding of all FSR investment products.
- Educate other Financial Advisors, teams, and branches on the value of the FSR program.
- Proactively support the referral process and client onboarding for new FSR clients.

Compensation: Base pay range $26.00–$30.00 per hour. Compensation will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis based on skills, experience, and location. Eligible for variable compensation programs.
