Sr. Actuarial Analyst, HOA

• Perform rate adequacy analyses, including profitability reviews, trend analysis, and loss projections to support pricing decisions
• Complete detailed analyses, make recommendations, and prepare rate package proposals for management review
• Prepare rate filing materials and other data analyses promptly and accurately for rate and product changes
• Develop competitive intelligence reports, including benchmarking competitor rates and market pricing trends
• Collaborate closely with business partners in Product, Reserving, and Data Science

• Successful completion of three or more actuarial exams
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Math/Applied Math, or Statistics/Applied Statistics
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel
• Experience programming in SQL, R, or Python; R Shiny experience is a plus

• Experience with Property and Casualty insurance
• Familiarity with actuarial software and BI tools
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex concepts
• Strong organizational and time management skills
