Finance Manager

Position Description

Starfish Space is growing fast and looking for someone to support us in continuing to scale and operate a variety of business functions, including finance. This role will help grow our finance capabilities while contributing to other business operations initiatives as needed. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in scaling up a startup, and to build a business around technology that can change the trajectory of the space industry and humanity's expansion off Earth.

• US person (citizen or permanent resident)
• Willing to work from our Tukwila, WA headquarters several days per week
• Capable of working a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment where job tasks may change regularly
• College degree or equivalent experience

• Excellent written and verbal skills along with a high level of professionalism and integrity
• Previous experience owning and solving challenging business problems in a fast-paced environment
• Previous startup, finance, or consulting experience
• Previous exposure to one or more disciplines within corporate finance
