Finance Business Partner, E-Commerce

Responsibilities

The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our finance team and build an innovative, secure, and intuitive e‑commerce ecosystem.

• Become a trusted member of the leadership team and provide guidance on financial strategy to the executive team.
• Conduct analyses to drive revenue optimization, improve expense management and overall P&L.
• Participate in monthly closing for management reporting, organize business reviews, and drive insights from financial and operational data.
• Assist finance business partners in collecting, producing financial projections and forecasts that align with business fundamentals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve and enhance financial processes, and provide solutions to improve the accuracy of management reports.
• Review procurement applications and financial terms in contracts to ensure efficient capital allocation.

• Experience in finance, consulting, strategy, or FP&A.
• High levels of written and oral fluency in Mandarin.
• Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to convey complex financial concepts to non‑financial stakeholders.
• Strong logical reasoning, win‑win thinking, and teamwork across functions.
• Self‑motivated, agile, resilient in a fast‑paced environment, and a high sense of ownership and accountability.

• Experience in the e‑commerce industry.
• Proficiency in SQL.

Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $91,200–$160,445 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, and location, and the role may also include discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.
